Partnered with the Los Angeles County Unincorporated Areas DMAC C, D, and E and developed a best-in-class Emergency Operation Plan (EOP) template and comprehensive guide. As a result of this work, 58 municipal emergency managers serving nearly 3.2 million people now have the tools they need to develop a state-of-the-art, comprehensive Emergency Operations Plan.

Michael Brady Emergency Management Consulting is a Sole Proprietorship.

Over the last 40 years, I have been involved and managed all elements of the Emergency Management profession. What started off as a Red Cross volunteer opportunity supporting disaster operations, ended up as a full-time career supporting emergency response/management prevention, planning, mitigation, response, and recovery in California.
Through the course of my work, I have had the privilege of working alongside leading experts in the field of emergency management; with experience at all levels of government, non-profits and businesses; across all industries.
This is the unique differentiator that I bring to every consulting project.
